Please this Privacy and Cookie Notice (“Privacy Notice”) below and learn how we collect, protect, share and use your information as part of our technology platforms, including, without limitation, this website (the “Site”) and related web pages and interactive features, and our social media pages. Docufi Solutions is a private, for-profit company that provides guidance, counseling and document preparation services to consumers who has government issued student loans. SLP is not affiliated, endorsed or supervised by the Department of Education. The company provides private, fee-based services to assist consumers in identifying and applying for programs offered by the US Government. Many or all of the programs that the Company identifies and assists in applying for may be offered free of charge directly to debtors through the US Department of Education. This website makes no guarantee or promise of results, and is solely intended for educational purposes relating to Company’s services. Services not available to residents of all states. Call for complete details as available programs and services will vary based on consumer situation.
Information we collect on our site
Information You Provide To UsWhen you sign-up on the Site, you may provide us with Personal Information (information that can be used to identify you as an individual) such as your name, email, and telephone number. We may also ask you to provide information, such as your home address, student loan debt amount, and credit card debt amount.
Information We Collect Automatically
Usage Information. Whenever you visit or interact with the Site, we, as well as third-party service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Site is accessed and used (“Usage Information”). Usage Information may include browser type, device type, operating system, application version, the page served, the time, and the preceding page views. This information helps us keep the Site fresh and interesting to our users and allows us to tailor content to a user’s interests.
Device Identifier. Each time a user visits the Site, our web server automatically recognizes the user’s IP address, the Web page from which the user came, or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) for the computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device (“Device”) you use to access the Site. A Device Identifier is a number that is assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. We may use a Device Identifier to, among other things, administer the Site, help diagnose problems with our servers, analyze trends, track users’ web page movements, help identify you and your shopping cart, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Cookies; Action Tags. The technologies used on the Site to collect Usage Information, including Device Identifiers, include but are not limited to: cookies (data files placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Site), and action tags (transparent graphic image, sometimes called a web beacon or tracking beacon, placed on a web page or in an email, which indicates that a page or email has been viewed). We, or our vendors, may place cookies or similar files on your Device for security purposes, to facilitate site navigation, and to personalize your experience while visiting the Site. A pixel tag may tell your browser to get content from another server.
The first time a user provides an e-mail address in connection with their activities at a Site, we assign an identification number to that e-mail address and deploy a cookie to the user’s Device. Whenever that user comes back to a Site using the same Device, the cookie allows the Site to identify the user and to recall the user’s e-mail address. How we use the information we collect
We use the information we collect about and from you for a variety of business purposes such as to respond to your questions and requests; provide you with access to certain areas and features of the Site; verify your identity; communicate with you about transactions entered into on the Site and, in our discretion, changes to any My Financial Solutions Debt policy; tailor content we serve you; improve the Site; comply with license obligations; and for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your Personal Information or otherwise with your consent.We may combine the information we have gathered about users with information from other sources.
By providing a telephone number users agree and specifically thereby request that we, our partners, associates and/or certain approved third parties may contact you via such telephone number whether or not such number may be included in any State, Federal or other Do Not Call
We and/or our marketing partners and affiliated companies enhance and/or merge Personal Information about users with data collected from other sources to use in direct and/or online marketing.
Sharing of information
We may share Personal Information, including your social security number, with certain approved outside service providers for evaluation of user’s applications and provision of loan services. By entering your Social Security Number into the website, you consent to allow us to share your social security number.We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate data and Usage Information with third parties. We may also share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, as set forth in this Privacy Notice and in the following circumstances:
Third Parties Providing Services On Our Behalf. We may share your Personal Information with third parties that perform functions on our behalf (or on behalf of our partners) such as service providers that host or operate our Site, analyze data, or provide customer service.
Your Personal Information may also be used by us or shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or marketing partners or other third parties to provide you with information or services that you may request or for other marketing and promotional purposes.
Requested information or information regarding Site updates, new products and services, upcoming events and/or status of any requests or orders that users may have made may be provided to users by e-mail, postal mail, telephone SMS text-messaging or by any other means of contact that users may provide.

In the event that Docufi Solutions is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
Information we receive from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from Docufi Solutions, that website will submit to us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested. We may supplement the information we collect about you through the Site with such information from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and/or to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
Your privacy rights, choice & access

Your opt-out request will be processed within 30 days of the date on which we receive it.If you wish to modify, verify, correct, or delete any of your Personal Information collected through the Site, you may contact us at the above address or email. However, deleting Personal Information or otherwise opting-out of receipt of communications from us or third parties will only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of transacting future business on a Site and for managing future communications from us and third parties. These deletions will not change or delete Personal Information already collected as part of a particular transaction in our database, which may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Notice. Users may need to contact third parties who may contact you directly in order to change the preferences for the use of personal information that they may have or use.In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the Site. We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. It may not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We provide users the option to opt-out from receiving information sent via electronic mailings on behalf of third party advertisers. Users may unsubscribe from receiving e-mails at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every e-mailing. Unsubscribe requests can only be processed if you have registered with us in the first instance. If you have not registered with us and wish to opt out of receiving e-mails from a particular sender, please consult that sender’s opt out policies or contact that sender directly. Information sent on behalf of third party advertisers is prepared several days in advance, so users may continue to receive e-mail from us for up to 5 days after following the unsubscribe procedures detailed above.
The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we determine upon collection that a user is under this age, we will not use or maintain his/her Personal Information without the parent/guardian’s consent. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.

Docufi Solutions makes no representation that the Site is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of any other nation. By using the Site, or providing us with any information, you (a) acknowledge that the Site is subject to the laws of the United States, (b) consent to the collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other applicable territories in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as or equivalent to those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen, and (c) waive any claims that may arise under those laws.
Monitoring & recording of phone calls
You consent to and authorize us, any of our affiliates, or our marketing associates to monitor and/or record any of your telephone conversations with our representatives or the representatives of any of those companies.
Consumer Card Data
We maintain PCI Data Security Standards. No data is shared and we protect any data that must be stored. We will only use our customers card data for the payment/s approved by our client and for the transaction.

If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on our Site prior to the change becoming effective.
